Eurasia Foundation interview questions

There was a phone screening with a recruiter first, who was nice. Then a panel with three interviewers. They were sort of rude and standoffish, and were clearly not interested in my answers. There was also a language test and part of the interview was in a different language.

It was one in person interview with director and manager, lasted over an hour and was more of a conversation. Lacked structure, so it was difficult to get a sense of the organization culture.
