They asked the typical interview questions but were not really heavy on safety as I would have expected. They seemed to be more concerned about pushing out volume than quality.

A friend had the job already, told the manager I was a good hire. he asked me a bunch of questions about food, and situations involving understaffing or running out of product. Then he gave me a 25 question culinary skills test, I aced it, and he asked how soon I could start.
