Interview
A first phone interview for around 30 minutes. About my background and knowledge about the bank. After that I had online tests one day before the careers day. Ate the careers day it's mostly motivation and behavior questions, nothing technical.
The interview took too long, in total the interview and group assessment took all day, some things could easily have been trimmed or shortened
there was also a verbal test
