Interview
The interview process involved coming in once to take tests, then being interviewed the first time, then a second time some weeks later. The process was quite slow. I received another job offer before I had completed the interview process, but went to the second anyway just in case. If the process had been quicker I would probably have accepted the job there. I didn't like that I thought I was going in for an interview the first time but it was actually just to take the standardized test. An online test would have been better and would have saved driving time. The first interview was very standard/average questions. The second interview was more personalized.
