Evergreen Plastics interview questions

2 to 3 step process brought in for first interview very basic. second one i had to do a skills test and wire an electrical board up off a simple schematic, got to get a light and fan to go on thru a relay timer and limit switch. Last interview with manit manager and owner again not really big deal. Job offer included profit sharing and 401k match into salary... really that would be a perk not salary. promised the world in interview, never delivered on any of it.
