Evolution Fresh interview questions

First round a 30 min HR phone screen then 1 hour interview with Hiring Manager. Very informal interview style. Sent a thank you note to hiring after interview and received no response. A few weeks later sent a follow up email to recruiter for interview feedback, never received a response. Three months later received a generic automated email saying thank you for applying however we moved forward with a small selection for interviews and made our selection from there. The position has now been reposted looking for candidates.
