Reached out to Senior Banker. Had a video chat with the Analyst. The analyst seemed to be disinterested in having a call and much more underqualified.(imagine a final-year student no direct IB exp/saying that.)

Foram três etapas no processos eletivo, a primeira um teste on-line, a segunda uma conversa com a equipe e por fim a conversa final com os sócios da empresa. Nas entrevistas foi falado sobre a vaga, sobre o modelo de negócio da empresa e de alguns pontos chaves que eram necessário que o candidato apresentasse para o cargo. Também questões sobre a faculdade foram pontuadas como carga horária, semestre em andamento, previsão de formatura erc

Interview
Received a phone first round interview. Went in for second round and did a test, got an offer a week later. The process is mostly behavioral as it is an intern position. However, knowing accounting and renewable energy sector is definitely a plus.
