Interview
Fill out an application, take an outdated test filled with trick questions and mistakes, do a little interview, get hired because they need a warm body. It's very easy to get a Counter Sales job but incredibly difficult to get anything else without being over 50 or knowing a manager.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ewing Outdoor Supply (Glendale, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Easy going, they have you take an aptitude test before the interview, they already know by then if they are going to hire you or not. they are always looking for help, so if you get an interview, you should be able to be placed somewhere. Be flexible if you want the position
