I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EwingCole in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process was smooth and conversational. The interviewer seemed warm and supportive as well. It began with introductions from them and me. The majority of the interview focused on me presenting my portfolio, during which I explained my design approach and process, followed by a question-and-answer session.
I applied online. I interviewed at EwingCole (New York, NY)
Interview
I had 2 panel interviews. The first was with designers (mostly senior) and walking them through my portfolio and answering general questions, they were very kind in general. The second was with more director level team members, still good energy but with more deep questions being asked about programs I use, experience, etc.
Online interview with the local team, could be just the first round with more rounds to follow. Went through the candidate experience and both sides talk about expectations for each other. No surprises or hard questions.
