The interview process was relatively smooth and straightforward. It started with an initial HR screening focusing on background, motivation, and basic understanding of the affiliate/marketing space. This was followed by a hiring manager round where the discussion went deeper into past experience, performance metrics, and how I managed affiliate partnerships and traffic sources. There was also a focus on practical scenarios, such as handling underperforming partners and scaling high-quality traffic. Communication throughout the process was clear, and feedback was provided in a timely manner. Overall, the process was efficient and not overly complicated.

1st stage was with a deligfhtful HR person, the next step was to do a video interview that was question and answer based. Following this, an interview with the hiring manager and a senior team member followed. Lastly, a small task was given and reviewed before I received an offer. The interviewers were always prompt, polite and asked relevant questions to do with skills, suitability for the position and also attitude and ethics. Interviews were always promptly scheduled and the candidate was kept informed if there was a cancellation or re-scheduling.
