I felt like I was the working for Experian in making sure their was properly communicating with one another and keeping up with my candidacy. I had to follow up multiple times with their internal recruiter to see if I was still being considered, waiting days just for a quick response. After FOUR separate 30 min interviews, I’ve yet to hear back 2 weeks later now. A truly unprofessional and mismanaged organization.

What’s a recent go to market launch that succeeded
Recruiter screening, then hiring manager, then fellow Product team members, and then Director. About four weeks in all for decision, 30 minutes each, but went over about 15 minutes for one.. Total of five interviews.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Experian (Boston, MA) in Jul 2019
Interview
The process was long and very disorganized, consisting of several phone interviews and one day with live, in-person interviews. It was one of the longest and slowest processes I have ever been through. Very frustrating.
