My interview was scheduled on 15th June 2023 which was a Thursday. The interviewer was the head of talent acquisition based out of the Mumbai office. Interview was pleasant. I was told that they will reach out to me by early next week to set up further rounds of interviews. When I did not hear back from them, I followed up on email a few times but received no response. I have absolutely no problem with being rejected but some sort of communication would’ve been nice. As candidates, we take efforts to prepare for the interview and the basic expectation is to receive a response w.r.t. the outcome of the interview (positive or negative). This was totally unacceptable because the interviewer was a part of the talent acquisition team and providing feedback is the basic process that talent acquisition professionals follow.
