Very thorough interview process. Met with recruiter then hiring manager, development manager, and then a panel interview. Interviews were conversational and also detailed. Went through detailed conversations about my background in relation to the position, teams and how I would integrate with the teams.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Experian in May 2024
Interview
From the initial contact from the recruiter after applying for the position, until the final interview with the entire team took over a full month to complete. Interview process was with the recruiter, scheduled with hiring manager, then with lead developer, main IT contact, and then a final panel interview with all parties.
After final interview where a slide deck was required (and the team requested a copy of the deck), and after several follow ups with the recruiter, I have yet to receive a response from the hiring team. The experience was long, tedious and ultimately negative as I never received a yes/no or constructive feedback. I received another offer from a different employer so I responded via email that I would need to remove my candidacy but did not receive a response from that either.
Do better, Experian.

Question 1
Questions were basic around understanding of contact center technologies.
Makes you go through multiple interviews, tells you you are hired and then ghosts. And they do it again and again. Unprofessional No idea why they waste everyone’s time so much but they must be a terrible place to work
