I applied to this job a week from writing this and was approved to do a virtual interview, I thought I was going to be asked a bunch of questions but they were simple. After finishing the virtual interview, I am required to visit a District manager or a regular manager to show me around the storage units and what i will be doing every shift.

Individual interviews in a group setting you meet with one person and I’d they like you you get a second interview with their direct boss it was a very long waiting period in between those interviews

Interview
It was very brief, scheduled an interview bery fast within less than a week. They do a first phone interview then they ask you for an in store experience then talk to the DM then background and assement test. They call you with an offer.
