The interview process was quite smooth. First round for cultural fit and second round to determine your customer service skills and abilities. The interview team were nice and it was an easy transition.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at FEXCO (Killorglin)
Interview
Questions were based on STAR and competency questions, Question on Knowledge on the company itself and background in Customer service, Teamwork, difficult customer, etc. Pleasant interviewers, Heard back quickly on confirmation.
Interview was ver good! Both interviewers were lovely. It was over very fast, a total of 12 minutes or so and got the call for the job about 5 minutes after that.
