FINEXUS Group Programmer interview questions

I was given two tests on the spot before the interview. One was a programming test consisting of two sections. First section was SQL questions on reading records from a database; second section was a coding test on how to reverse a string, using whichever programming language desired. Another test was an aptitude test which was quite challenging. I was given two hours for the tests, as well as filling in some forms of my personal particulars.
