Once the testing, background check, and drug screening as complete I was called for an interview. Hiring manager discussed the position I applied for and what required assignment needed. Very professional and kind.
Fast and to the point. There wasn’t many questions. Brief description of a days at work. Cell phones not allowed in the building. Hiring process very fast. Start date was the following week after the interview.

Was super easy, very personable, quick and be transparent, Show personality, and just be yourself. Detail on taking control of calls and be learn how to read scripts considering thats what the job consists of
