I had a friend refer me the job, so my interview process was easy as I knew the job offer was basically mine even before I finished the interview. I was asked the basic interview questions, and got hired on the spot.

Brief typical interview, telling me about yourself etc. Was a short group interview, quite enjoyable. Applied online, got a email back to go to the interview, short group interview, then got an email back regarding their decision.
