Interview
Screener was relaxed and short. The callback consists of three 30 minute sessions. In each session, you are interviewed by two attorneys, one associate and one partner. They didn't seem to have an organized way of conducting the callback, I could tell that they weren't told to ask me specific questions. The callback interview is more of a conversation than an actual interview.
Screener - onboarded the call with HR, chill process overall. The Partner asked questions like tell me about yourself, walk me through your resume, asked what practice area I was interested in.
I met with multiple attorneys for about an hour and a half. They asked me questions about my experience and why I chose to apply to their firm. Additionally, they gave me a tour of the office.
