After application completion, you are contacted for a very brief telephone interview. Then a scheduled face to face meeting is scheduled. An assessment survey is required. The scoring is based on statistics of successful sales people in the industry. There are no Right or Wrong answers. But your answers determine if you have what it takes to be in direct sales.
