Fairfax County Public Schools interview questions

The interview process was pretty straight forward. I had a virtual interview with the AP and the department head. They asked straight forward questions about my approach to grading and classroom management.

No interview. Just an online application. Takes 2 weeks to hear back, then schedule an orientation, after that a finger printing. You will have some authenticator stuff and emails you need to set up at home. After that you start subbing.
