It took 4 weeks until the made me sign the job offer letter. But before you were invited to a job interview, they let you pass the personality and analytical online tests. I had 3 different interviews, first with direct supervisor (Rooms Division Manager) and AFOM, then Director of Operations and lastly with the GM.

Interview
I applied Duty Mgr position online, after one week, i got the phone from HR of Fairmont that need arrange a phone interview with me. after that, i pass FSI test and personnality test and background check, after 2weeks, i got the offer from Fairmont.
