Take the written test then interview with HR head and then they tell you to wait for 1 week though needed to wait more for final interview The Written test include the questions related to job and your background of study like HR practices

Firstly, Written assessment was taken. The Dept Interview was conducted. After that, HR Manager took the interview of the candidates. At the end, the Chief Operating Officer took the interview for final selection. (Director Interview)
