Given the number of candidates, there was a two stage interview process. There were clear briefs before the interviews, and questions in advance of the second interview which helped with preparation. Overall, being interviewed was a really positive experience.

The interview went really well. People interviewing were lovely. The organisation showed great commitment to being inclusive as they shared key themes for questions and a details outline of the interview process ahead of the interview.
