Family Connections interview questions

The interview was very relaxed as there is high turnover and so it's easy to get the job. Was over zoom. Situational questions but a lot of talking from the interviewer. Nothing too serious or hard.

I went right to an interview without a screening because I was a referral. It was a fairly easy process and friendly environment. I felt like I was the one conducting the interview because I wanted to make sure I was going to an agency that I felt comfortable with.
