Interview
I've interviewed for various positions. The first interviewer could not get off the phone quick enough. She did not let me ask questions and wouldn't let me finish answering before she would move on to the next topic. After that,
I never heard from them again. I attempted to follow up about the position but I was just ghosted. I decided to try again with a different department/role. The next interview was great! Had a phone interview and the next day they called to set up an in person interview. On-site interviewer did not seem to care, had zero energy, and was not welcoming or interested at all. She told me she would make a decision and reach back out within 48 hours. Again, ghosted. I was not having it this time and left voicemail with various individuals and emailed the original interviewer. After several attempts, I finally received a generic, auto-reply email that I was not selected.

Interview
I was referred by my school's social work department for a counseling internship. I contacted the program manager to schedule an interview. I interviewed with a team of employees from both child welfare and counseling departments, including therapists, team leads, and the program manager. A couple weeks after the interview, I heard the agency's decision to offer me a spot at the agency for my internship.
