I applied online on their website with my resume and cover letter. About 3-4 days later I received an email to schedule a phone interview. I studied Fareharbor's website and I read several recently published articles to prepare for the interview. I interviewed with Barrett. He was pleasant on the phone and we had a nice back and forth conversation. He said he would let me know at the end of the week what was going on. He told me via email that the team decided that I wasn't what they were looking for. I thanked Barrett for his time an asked him to consider me for future positions. He responded that he thought of one and would let me know in the next day or two if I could interview for it. That was over a month ago and I haven't heard back.
Not a bad process, but not great either.

Interview
Three rounds with three different managers. Each one is feeling you out for fit, more than they are for skill. Except perhaps the last manager, who asks you to explain in detail how to accomplish a task of your choosing (can be something simple, like making a bowl of cereal). If you do so clearly, taking nothing for granted and emphasizing best practice, it sure will go a long way.
It was super easy and fast. The recruiter was great and available every step of the way. I interviewed on a Friday, had a second round interview the following week and an offer soon after.
