Farmington Public Schools (Michigan) interview questions

I received a phone call from one of the principals on the panel. There were 3 to 4 principals & 1 teacher on the panel for two openings: a 4th grade and a 1st grade at two schools, respectively. I was told that 300 applicants had applied and they only called some, not all. I was told that I looked impressive on my resume. I had to field questions from everyone on the panel.
