I applied through other source. I interviewed at FedEx (Memphis, TN) in Apr 2016
Interview
Was long and drawn out, the ladies were talking to you like you are a idiot when you ask questions or took too long with something, and insulted your handwriting.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx in May 2024
Interview
The complete process from when I applied until I got hired took me about 3 weeks. I think it was a long time for the entry-level position I had applied for. Considering I didn't have a formal interview, but only a phone call informing me of the job location and salary, the process continued if I accepted.
One interview in person, a pre-screening call with an agency to get to the interview process. They will ask for commitment for the schedule. 2 shifts and it will depend on the needs
I applied online. I interviewed at FedEx (Richmond, BC)
Interview
Interviewed with both managers and the interview questions were in the STAR format it was probably the most difficult interview I had but was still only 15 minutes long. They end up choosing between them who wants to hire you and if one chooses then that will be your manager
