Interview
The interview lasted approx. 30min. Answered 8 problem self solving questions about how I had previously handled situations along with how I would handle them in a Courier position. and general interview questions. Interviewer was very nice and polite and answered my questions about the position and company.
I was asked if I would work in any weather, be on time/have good attendance, and could lift up to 50 pounds on my own. Then I was asked 3 star format behavioral questions.

Describe a time you had to be organized well.
Straight to the point and basic questions. Tell me about yourself? How do you handle a stressful situation? Can you deal with changing weather
Then the interviewer will conclude with a typical week of a courier
Standard interview questions. You get called for interview and get asked questions about what you would do in a situation and what the results of your actions were. Answer in star format
