Quick, straight to the point, professional. Interviewing manager was friendly and energetic. Very thorough in explaining what is expected in the workplace. Submitted my background check and qualified for orientation a week later.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
