I applied online. I interviewed at FedEx (Rochester, NY) in Jul 2020
Interview
The interview isn't so bad, they only ask 4 questions now, 3 in bar format and they ask why your the best fit. They'll ask you to describe a time when you had a difficult conversation with someone, a time when you had to complete a task and got distracted, etc
Interview questions [1]

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Willow Grove, PA)
Interview
Calm, and interactive with a lot of questions focused on the individuals experience in life. This was their way to see what individual they are hiring for this role. Very easy and going interview.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Honolulu, HI) in Sept 2023
Interview
3 to 1 panel with 5 interview questions. No introductions from the Managers conducting the interview. Interviewers were very unenthusiastic about any sidebar comments or jokes. Managers stated only OJT on how to conduct interviews. No structured interview training from FedEx Express. This was a new position created for FedEx's restructuring plan of Ground and Express. Unfortunately, the lead hiring team could explain clearly what the coordinator position duties.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All five questions centered around how to respond or how to deal with poor-performing coworkers.
The interview process was like any other interview. Studying the star method and having answers ready was very beneficial. I’m typing more words here because it is required 30 words before I can continue to see other job reviews
