My application was processed through the sate employment office. I was called into the office to pass a basic safe lifting review to make sure I could safely lift 75 lbs and maneuver 150 lbs.
I was then called back and interviewed by a management panel of 3.

I applied online. Received an email asking if I wanted to schedule an interview. I interviewed with 2 managers who took turns asking me questions related to stressful situations and what my reactions were.

Phone screen then phone interview then 30 minute in person interview with 2 people. I then went into another room and then i took a brief competency test. The overall process was fairly straight forward and nothing out of the ordinary.

I Sat down with two people. I Was asked roughly 9 questions. It was basic stuff, asking how I would apply my past experience to different situations. They seemed to want to know a lot ( or keyed in on organizational skills) It was a very relaxed atmosphere. The interviewers were cool and friendly.

They asked what job I had in the past where I had to change my routine on a regular basis. The only problem with that was that I didn't really have a job like that.
