The first scheduled interview didn't happen. After arriving, I waited in a tiny foyer for someone to come and get me, as the contact person was not at her desk when I rang. Another candidate came and we stood there together until someone let us in. hen we sat at a table int he front office, where we were completely ignored until well over an hour after the interviews were scheduled. Finally, we were told that we would need to reschedule. The second round went more smoothly and an offer was made. The job was accepted. A few weeks later, I was called by the original recruiter and told that I had been outstanding, but my assignment was ending due to issues at the company, but that they were very pleased with me. However, the call came AFTER I left work for the day and I was informed that I was not allowed to return to collect my things or return the badge and key to them. Shortly thereafter, the same exact thing happened to another colleague at the same company (who had the same experience of having the initial interview canceled and having to return for a second time). To perform correct and then be let go with no notice, not allowed to gather our belongings or return anything to the company is both undignified and unacceptable. Extremely disappointed with this discourteous behavior!
