1 phone call interview with lab manager and then a zoom call with all lab personnel and principal investigator. The zoom call was more informational for myself whereas the phone call required me to talk about myself.

Was called by HR about a job that I didn't feel was the right fit but went to interview anyway. Everyone was nice but it was clear they had another candidate in mind but had to interview x number of people. Heard back the next day. They're not the only company to do this, of course.

Talked with a few of the researchers all in the same day which lasted several hours. Everyone was quiet friendly and nice and eager to answer any questions I had
