Overall the interview process went very well. I had an initial phone interview with HR that was very conversational, but I was still asked the standard phone screening questions. After that I had another phone interview with the hiring manager. Again, that was very conversational. In both phone interviews they were trying to feel me out and get to know me as a person, which I liked a lot. I was invited in for an in person interview. I was originally scheduled to meet with 4 people individually, but they added an additional person at the end as well. All of those meetings were conversational, even with the questions they asked. I was there for about 3 hours. They reached out to me a week later with the results. Overall it was a great experience and I enjoyed meeting and speaking with everyone at the company. Ferrara sounds like a great company to work for. Unfortunately, I was not offered the position.
