Interview
I did a face to face interview with the hiring manager which was very conversational. The hiring manager spent 20 minutes giving me more context about the job. I was able to ask more questions based upon the additional context provided. There was no set of standard questions or involvement from human resources, which makes me question weather or not the company has standardized policies/practices with respect to employees.

Interview
I was discriminated for being LGBTQ and having body art, despite meeting and surpassing every single qualification and requirement and delivering what I felt was a stellar interview. I dressed extremely professionally. Moreover, I graduated from an Ivy Plus school with a masters under way. They are extremely discriminatory at this firm if you do not fit a certain mold.
