Ferro Engineering interview questions

Very cordial. Met with two managers who had a list of prepared questions. Most were behaviorally based - that is, "tell us about a time when..." I asked the principle how he viewed the relationship with this position. Based on his answer i honestly responded to follow-up questions with a spin consistent with his answer. Apparently I misread his answer and proceeded to say exactly the wrong thing - that I was interested in the development vs. maintenance of programs.
