I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Fibonalabs (Bengaluru)
Interview
1. Initial Phone Call: The initial phone call will typically be with HR. During the call, the HR will ask basic questions about your background and experience. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask questions about the company and the job. 2. Technical Test: After passing the initial phone call, you may be asked to take a technical test related to UI design. This could be a quiz or a test of your design skills. 3. Portfolio Review: If you pass the technical test, you will be invited to a portfolio review. During this meeting, you will be asked to present your portfolio, discuss your design process and answer questions about your work. 4. Interview: The final step of the UI design interview process is an in-person or video-conference interview. During this interview, the interviewer will ask questions about your experience, your design process and your career goals. 5. Offer: After completing all the steps of the interview process, you may be offered the job. Congratulations!
