I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fidelis Care
Interview
I had a 30-minute interview for an executive-level position. The hiring manager joined five minutes late and took a personal call during the discussion, leaving approximately 15 minutes for the interview itself. The interaction felt disengaged and unstructured. Given that I was recruited for this opportunity due to my extensive experience and was not actively seeking a new role, the overall experience was disappointing—particularly considering the senior level of the position
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelis Care (Rego Park, NY) in Aug 2024
Interview
My Interview went well although I was nervous it seemed very promising. I believe every question that was asked was appropriate for the Job position. I was interviews by 2 department managers and a supervisor.
