6 different interviews. Interviewed with Co-founders, hiring manager and colleagues. Was nice to see they wanted their employees to also take part in choosing the correct candidate. Asked job specific questions that required detail.

Pretty typical interview questions. Asked me how I'd handle certain situations that may arise from a client. Offered me plenty of opportunities to ask my own questions for them.
A series of 5 interviews. Process takes about 2 weeks. Initial generic interview with Business Operations Manager 3 separate interviews with team managers & senior staff Final interview with CEO Job offer happens post 5 interviews in a phone call/email.
