Interview
Panel interview, 2 to 5 people, depending on which interview stage your at. Sit you down, ask about you, ask a lot of personal questions, and then they sent me out to the waiting area while they deliberated wages. They offered me the wage they were comfortable with, I accepted, signed papers, and took a drug test. Started after my two weeks were over at my previous jobs.
