First of all the recruiter never confirmed our time for the phone call so I wasn't sure if it was even happening. She then called me an hour and a half before it was supposed to start. I kept trying to tell her it wasn't a good time (she literally woke me up) but she insisted we continue with the phone call. She also told me the interview process was 4 parts: the initial zoom interview, a trip to the the office to meet with only one person, a second trip to the office to meet with only one person, and a third trip to meet the whole office. It seems this company does not care about the fact that we are still in a pandemic or about your time considering the fact they expect you to travel to office to only meet with one person at a time.
