Interview
Was interviewed by the single employee in HR. She basically talked about how bad the job was such as long hours, high stress, cold etc...
Afterwards she asked me if I wanted the job, I said yes and got a starting date.
Note that I had previous relevant experience but plenty of people prior to me had none and for some it was their first job.

Do you have your own Welly boots (you are expected to provide your own).
Since the HR personnel will have likely changed and someone who cares may work there now you should brush up on things like HACCP, lean manufacturing and food safety as these are standard fare questions.
