Interview
The interview process was 3 step - first interview with the recruitment / outsource company, second interview with the sales manager. This lasted about 5 minutes where the interviewer was testing the candidates' confidence and self presentation. The third interview - which was also the final one - was with the head of the department. This was to test in depth knowledge of the job and capability to learn and work.

Interview
I went through a panel of interviewers starting from my direct manager to the Head of Corporate Banking. The interviews were relaxed with direct questions. I felt comfortable. The process was relatively short and I got an offer within couple of weeks.
