Lots of interviews… 1 HR/Recruiter, 1 Leader, 1 Senior VP, 1 Executive Level, 1 Leader. Took a few weeks to get the offer letter in writing
They wanted 5 referrals, 1 from a manager, 1 from a direct report, 1 from a client. Really great company but they oversold their Bonus Comp Program and made it seem like an easily attained goal

5 or 6 interviews all were virtual — took some time but got to know everyone during the process. Had interview with recruiter, HR, hiring manager, president of sales, another manager, etc. Took a few weeks to get the offer letter after getting the “verbal offer” - good benefits, choice of company vehicle or $600 per month car allowance, choice of company cell or $75 per month reimbursement to use personal phone.
