It was a easy interview, the questions were all related to the job and simple to answer. there wasn't any negotiation involved. The people that questioned me were friendly and honest. I ended up not taking the job because of the first month receiving no pay and only being guaranteed 20 hours a week. the benefits are also way too expensive for what i want to pay into.

Do you think you would be able to handle any unruly students or those with special needs?
They will do a phone interview first, and they will ask some question about why do you want to be a school bus driver and what is your advantages than other candidates.

No interview process, just sign up and pass the background drug and physical test, then fill out paperwork and start training which they’ll provide transportation for and multiple choice testing for your CDL

They are very short staffed right now, so as long as you meet the basic requirements you will be hired. I was not interviewed, I simply started the hiring process.
