This was an interview for a 3-4 month contract position. Met with the hiring manager and the IT Director. The hiring manager had previously review my resume and formed a list of question. Both the hiring manager and the IT Director knew the skills that they wanted. They asked questions that showed that they knew what they were looking for without placing undo pressure on the candidate.
