Mostly face to face interview. They give you a test which has both grammar and quantitative questions. After this, they take your interview. They'll ask yiu basic questions about the HR and recruitment.

What is end to end recruitment and what are the job portals other than linkedin and naukri?
Had only 2 rounds. 1st was about fit. Where questions about hr , resumes and communication was checked. After that on the same day had 2nd round. It was with HR. About role and stipend was discussed

The rounds took an unexpectedly long time, leading to unnecessary delays and frustration. With better planning, coordination, and execution, the entire process could have been completed much more efficiently and smoothly.
