15 minute phone screening. Then was asked to do a 3 part deliverable project, each with multiple subtasks, that took about 6 hours to complete. No offer and got an auto rejection. I have a masters degree and 5+ years of experience. Very rude and disrespectful, seemed like they just wanted a free deliverable.
